Scottsdale Ranch Community Center

Nestled alongside beautiful Lake Serena is Scottsdale Ranch’s 3,500 square foot Community Center facility, a view-rich venue that serves as the perfect host for any occasion.

Community Center rental includes the use of the fully-equipped kitchen, 80 inch flat screen TV, built-in stereo entertainment system, outdoor misters/heaters, gas fireplace, tables and chairs with floor plan set-up and break down.

Capacity: 75 persons indoors with a maximum of 125 attendees total when patio area is utilized.

Weekend Rates (Friday thru Sunday, 4 hour minimum required):

1-75 Attendees – $275.00 for 4 hours, $60.00 each additional hour.
76-125 Attendees – $325.00 for 4 hours, $60.00 each additional hour.

Rental rates vary mid-week and seasonally, inquire for more information.
The Scottsdale Ranch Community Center rental is only available to residents of Scottsdale Ranch.

Residents must purchase Short Term Liability Insurance Protection (TULIP) through Philadelphia Insurance in the amount of $100.00 per event.

$250.00 refundable security deposit required for all reservations.

Cancellation/Administrative Fees:
More than 30-day notice is $25.00.
Less than 30-day notice is $100.00.
Less than 7-day notice is $200.00.

SRCA Conference Room

Residents can book the conference room at the Scottsdale Ranch Community Association office! 

Capacity:   15 people

Security Deposit:   $100.00

Weeknights:   $30.00/hr.
(Monday – Thursday 3 p.m. – 9 p.m.)
Minimum two (2) hour rental period  

Weekday (Exclusive):   $20.00/hr.
(Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.)
Minimum two (2) hour rental period
